About our prices

We recognise that in today’s digital landscape, where a few dollars can unlock access to top-notch tools like Google Workspace or Notion, a monthly price of 800 Euros may seem steep. But we provide far more than access to Software as a Service. Our approach is very different from the big players.

Most Software as a Service offerings are based on massive scaling and minimal, if any, 1:1 customer service. You are essentially buying a few CPU cycles on a system built from the ground up to serve millions of customers. If you want to customise the product, you are on your own. If you need help, you are on your own. Customisation, extensive support, and training, when available, can come at a high price or require the services of a third party.

What we do is different.

We accept only a limited (double-digit) number of clients, and each of them is seen and treated as a partner in an ongoing business relationship. We listen to your needs and tailor our services to your specific requirements.

Think of it as an old-fashioned British club with comfortable leather chairs instead of a packed stadium, and we’d be happy to have you as a guest.

A three-figure monthly fee from a relatively small number of clients enables us to not only operate our business but also continually enhance and improve the core software (LOOPS), incorporating their feedback and suggestions.
